Simplicity & Company is presenting the sixth Annual Summertime Shootout starting at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 24 at Costaño School. The event will feature an 8-team basketball tournament, a raffle, back-to-school backpack giveaways, live music and a DJ., food and vendors. The event ends at 6:00 p.m. with the awarding of Trophies.

The East Palo Alto Community Archive is a sponsor for the Summertime Shootout and plans to interview some of the participants for the Archive.

The Archive sees these opportunities as ways to connect the community with our work and to recruit individuals to share their stories of their experiences living or working in East Palo Alto.
