I hereby grant to the East Palo Alto Community Archive (EPACA) a worldwide, fully paid-up, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully transferable, fully sublicensable (through multiple tiers of sublicensees), right and license under any and all of my intellectual property rights, proprietary rights, titles and interests in and to the loaned asset(s), now existing or hereafter arising, to access and use the loaned asset(s), including but not limited to reproduction and publication of the loaned asset(s) for educational purposes, publication to social media, and publication to the internet. I grant the EPACA permission to make these loaned assets available on the EPACA website, on social media, and through other partnerships. Except for the rights expressly granted here, I retain all rights, title, and interest in and to all intellectual property I own. (Note: The donor retains ownership and grants the EPACA a non-exclusive license without restriction.)
